REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Conference registration form

Conference registration as well as room & board is being collected by Star Island.  

When you register, you will be asked to pay per person a conference registration (or program) fee
  • $275 - IRAS member or person who joins IRAS before April 1, 2014.  For more information on becoming a member, go here:  
  • $300 - Non-member.
  • $125 - Children age 3 through Junior High (helps pay for special children’s program).
  • Youth or Senior Highs are asked to register after January 1, 2014 for the Star Gathering 2 Youth Conference here.
The maximum registration/program fee for a family is $850.00.  If you pay more than this, anything over the maximum will be refunded by IRAS.  Contact IRAS Registrar Marion Griswold for more information.

When you register, you also will be asked to pay per person a $200.00 deposit toward on your room and board.  The remainder of your room and board is to be paid on the Island.

Star Island room and board rates are per person. Room and board includes: lodging, meals, and round trip travel to Star Island on designated M/V Thomas Laighton run.

Your room and board charges less deposit paid during registration will be presented to you at the front desk of the Oceanic Hotel.  

Your bill may include additional applicable charges and incidentals, e.g. rowboat use, parking at Portsmouth dock.  Individuals registered together will appear on the same bill. Payment is expected before you depart the island. Failure to pay on-island will result in a $25.00 fee.

Accepted payment methods at the front desk are Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover.

The conference registration or programming fee paid during registration goes directly to the conference, it is not related to or reflected on your Star Island bill.
